General rules for the rental of a holiday home or apartment:
1. reservation and first payment:
We would like you to send us a confirmation per mail and to transfert a deposit of 30% of the total rental price to our Belfius account IBAN BE31 0631 5634 6655 bic gkccbebb in the name of Lasnavillasmm with ref your name. As soon as we have received the deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation and your reservation is definite.
2. Final payment:
We expect the balance on our account minimum 6 weeks before arrival.
3. After payment of the deposit, we sent the contract by mail.
We expect this signed by return.
If for any reason the tenant cannot, will not or shall not accept the dates agreed on, he must immediately inform the landlord. The communication by phone needs to be confirmed by letter or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement up to 6 weeks before the starting date of the rental period, 30% of the rent is due; If cancelled up to 4 weeks, 40% of the rent is due; and up to 2 weeks to the starting date of the rental period, 50% is due. If the tenant only on the starting date or during the rental period decides not to make use of the leased property anymore, the full rental price will be due.

This needs to be settled on the spot in cash.
Possible damage caused by the tenant will be deducted from the deposit.
6. Final cleaning:
For the final cleaning we charge you a fee of 50€, this €50 can be earned back by leaving the holiday house neat and clean.
7. Subletting is not permitted.
8. The maximum number of residents should not be exceeded.
